1. Overview
At One-Systems Australia, we pride ourselves on quality products and honest service. We strictly follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and are committed to resolving any product issues fairly, quickly, and transparently.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A major failure includes (but isn’t limited to) situations where:

The product is significantly different from its description or sample.

The product is unsafe.

The product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot be fixed easily.

The issue would have stopped someone from purchasing the product if they had known about it.
3. Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on laptops, computers, or accessories.
In exceptional cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of purchase.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling.
4. Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately at admin@onesystems.com.au or visit one of our stores with your proof of purchase.
We will inspect and test the item to determine the fault.
If confirmed, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product in line with your rights under the ACL.

If the fault is major, you may choose between a refund or replacement.

If the fault is minor, we will repair the product within a reasonable timeframe. If it cannot be repaired in a reasonable time, you can request a refund or replacement.
5. Warranty Claims
Most new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 12–24 months.
We can assist you with warranty claims on your behalf. You’ll need your proof of purchase and a clear description of the problem.
Warranty does not cover:

Accidental or physical damage

Liquid damage
-
Software issues, malware, or data loss

Normal wear and tear (such as battery degradation)
Refurbished or pre-owned products are covered by our One-Systems warranty, as stated at the time of purchase (usually 3–12 months).
6. Return Procedure

Contact us via email or phone to report the issue.

Bring or post the product to one of our store locations.

Include your receipt, original packaging, and any included accessories.

Our team will inspect and test the item (usually within 3–5 business days).

You’ll be notified of the outcome — repair, replacement, or refund.
Note: All returns must be physically inspected before approval.
7. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification.

Liquid or physical impact damage.

Software problems or data loss.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

Missing accessories, packaging, or user manuals.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, or PayPal) within 5–10 business days once approved.
9. Online Orders & Shipping
If you purchased online:

Contact us before sending any items back.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is confirmed faulty or not as described.

We recommend using tracked postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
10. Data Responsibility
Please back up all your data before returning a device.
One-Systems Australia is not responsible for loss of data or software during testing, repair, or replacement.
