Yes — diagnostics are free for the vast majority of jobs. Liquid damage and data-recovery jobs may carry a small diagnostic fee, which is credited back if you proceed with the repair.
How long do most repairs take?+
Phone screens and batteries are typically same-day. Laptop and MacBook jobs are usually 2–3 business days. We confirm an honest timeframe before you commit and text you the moment your device is ready.
Can you recover data from a failed drive or dead phone?+
Yes. We recover data from failing drives, deleted partitions and water-damaged devices wherever possible. Free diagnostic — and there's no charge unless we recover.
Do you do home visits in Adelaide?+
