Do you offer free quotes and diagnostics?+
Yes. Diagnostics are free for the vast majority of jobs. Liquid damage and data-recovery jobs may carry a small diagnostic fee, which is credited back if you go ahead with the repair.
How long do most repairs take?+
Phone screens and batteries are usually same-day. Laptop and MacBook jobs typically take 2 to 3 business days. We give you a real timeframe before you commit, and text you the moment your device is ready.
Can you recover data from a failed drive or dead phone?+
Yes. We recover data from failing drives, deleted partitions and water-damaged devices wherever possible. Free diagnostic, and there's no charge unless we recover.
Do you do home visits in Adelaide?+
Yes. Our techs come to homes and small offices across Adelaide for Wi-Fi, printers, new-device setup, smart home and small-business IT. We diagnose on the spot and fix on the day where we can.
